How to Add Content or Project Ideas on Retm Platform?
Welcome to this tutorial on how to add a new idea on the Retm platform. If you're a user of the Retm platform, whether via the website (RetmPlat.SI) or through the mobile app, adding ideas and projects becomes easy and simple thanks to its user-friendly interface.
Steps to Add a New Idea:
- Log into Your Retm Account: First, log into your Retm account either through the browser by visiting the website "RetmPlat.SI" or through the "RetmPlat" mobile app.
- Choose Your Workspace: Once you're logged in, choose the workspace where you want to add your idea.
- Add a New Idea: Click on the "Add Idea" button to start adding your idea. This button allows you to easily begin entering a new idea.
- Select Platforms: Choose the platforms where you'd like to publish your idea, such as (X, Threads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or even TikTok). You can select multiple platforms for your idea.
- Write the Title and Description: Write an appropriate title for your idea, then describe the idea in detail and explain important aspects that may help your team understand the idea better.
- Add Tags: Define the type of idea by clicking the "Add Tag" button. You can either select from available tags or add a new one that fits your idea's content.
- Add an Illustrative Image (Optional): To clarify the idea better, you can add an image that explains your idea. This image will help in conveying the idea more quickly and clearly.
- Suggest a Publish Date: You can suggest the expected publishing date for the idea on the selected platforms.
- Save the Idea: After completing all the steps, click the "Save" button to store your idea in the "Just an Idea" section.
Idea Status in "Just an Idea": After saving your idea, it will appear under the "Just an Idea" section, where the account manager or person with the necessary permissions can review it. The idea will be categorized into three statuses:
- New: It hasn't been reviewed yet.
- Rejected: The idea was rejected by the manager.
- Approved: The idea has been accepted and will move forward.
By clicking on the idea, a comment section will appear where you or your team can discuss the idea further.
