Roles and permissions

Retm Platform enables different roles and permissions for its members to ensure effective management and smooth organization of content operations. The following table illustrates the distribution of permissions according to each role.

A user with a (Authorized Approver) membership cannot see the Creative Space page or the comments that occur within the Creative Space. They can only view the review and its specific comments.
The post can be scheduled directly if it is an original post, or through ideas if it was not scheduled within the idea itself.

The Account Manager has final approval in the absence of a user with Authorized Approver permission.
The Designer and Content Writer do not see the Approvals page and have a copy of the posts requiring approval in the Creative Space.
The Membership Manager can remove the approval authority from the Account Manager in the settings if the Authorized Approver membership exists.
