- Maximum file size in Retm platform: 4GB for videos and images
- Some platforms do not support mixed files (images + video in one post): such as Twitter (X), TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook
- Platforms supporting mixed files: Instagram (up to 10 files), Threads (up to 20 files)
- Instagram: Single video is automatically treated as Reels
Understanding Aspect Ratios and Pixel Resolution:
Aspect Ratio:
- 9:16 = Vertical (suitable for mobile and stories)
- 16:9 = Horizontal (suitable for videos and wide screens)
- 1:1 = Square (suitable for images)
- 4:5 = Light vertical (suitable for Instagram)
Pixel Resolution:
- 1920×1080 = Full HD horizontal
- 1080×1920 = Full HD vertical
- 1:1 = Square at 1080×1080 pixels
- Minimum: 360px, Maximum: 4096px (both dimensions)
