Welcome to Retm! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our social media management platform (the “Service”) By using Retm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. if you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. By using RETM, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process and to update such information to maintain its accuracy and completeness. You are responsible for protecting your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the Retm platform strictly for marketing purposes and by these Terms. You may not:

• Use our Services to violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Publish or transmit any defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or provide false or misleading information about your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
• Violate the Cybercrime Law or any applicable regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or any international agreements to which the Kingdom is a party.

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Retm platform are the exclusive property of Retm or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services solely for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Retm platform without our prior written consent. In the event of any violation, Retm reserves the right to seek compensation.

Our platform integrates with various social networks to provide unified scheduling, publishing, and analytics. While we implement strict security measures to protect your data within Retm, your use of these integrated features is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of each external platform.

A. YouTube & Google Business

• Retm utilizes YouTube Services and Google Business Profile features to enable video publishing, location posting, and performance tracking. By connecting your accounts, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Business Profile Additional Terms of Service.
• Data processed through these integrations is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
• Users can view, manage, or completely revoke Retm's access to their Google and YouTube account data at any time via the official Google Security Settings page.

B. Meta Services (Facebook, Instagram, & Threads)

• By connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, or Threads profile to Retm, you agree to comply with the Meta Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use, and Threads Supplemental Terms of Service.
• Data processed from these features is handled in accordance with the Meta Privacy Policy and the Threads Supplemental Privacy Policy.
• Users can disconnect their Meta accounts or manage application permissions at any time through their Facebook Business Integrations settings page or respective network privacy controls.

C. TikTok

• Retm connects to TikTok via official developer tools to facilitate content posting and profile analytics. By using these features, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service.
• Data usage is governed by the TikTok Privacy Policy. You can revoke Retm’s access at any time via your TikTok account security settings.

D. LinkedIn

• Connections to LinkedIn are governed by the LinkedIn User Agreement.
• Data processed from LinkedIn features is handled in accordance with the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
• Users can disconnect their LinkedIn account or revoke access at any time via their LinkedIn Permitted Services settings.

E. X (formerly Twitter)

• Connections to X are governed by the X Terms of Service.
• Data processed from X features is handled in accordance with the X Privacy Policy.
• Users can disconnect their X account or revoke access at any time via their X App Permissions settings.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or services provided.

Retm's liability is limited to the services provided within the platform and does not extend to content published upon your request or by an authorized party on your behalf. Retm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Retm platform, including issues related to third-party services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on our Site. Your continued use of our Services following any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• All amounts paid by the client are considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including contract cancellation by the client, whether before or after the commencement of services. Payment of the amount constitutes acceptance of this policy.
