Team Roles in RETM
RETM provides 5 basic roles:
1. Membership Manager
- Manage all workspace settings
- Connect platform accounts
- Create approval workflows
- Invite and manage team
- Enable instant publish permission for members
- Enable final approval permission for members
- Emergency publishing stop
2. Account Manager
- Account manager validation (final stage)
- Change post statuses
- Export posts and ideas
- Manage media studio
3. Authorized Approver
- Approve or reject content
- Request changes
- Add notes
4. Content Creator
- Create posts and ideas
- Complete content stage
- Upload files to media studio
5. Designer
- Complete design stage
- Upload files to media studio
- Create ideas
6. Custom Role
An add-on feature that allows membership manager to create custom roles with specific permissions:
- Define role name
- Select required permissions from available permissions list
- Assign role to members
- Available as an add-on subscription feature
Special Permissions
Membership manager can enable additional permissions for any member:
- Instant Publish: Publish directly without going through approval workflow
- Final Approval: Final content approval
- Quick Interaction: Create quick like/retweet
