What is Idea Box?
A place to collect creative ideas and organize them in boxes before converting to posts.
Create Box
- Click "Create Box"
- Enter name and description
- Choose approval workflow
Add Idea
- Select box or create without box
- Write title and description
- Attach files
- Set platforms and assignments
Idea Statuses (6 statuses)
- New: Created
- In Approval Workflow: Under review
- Changes Requested: Changes requested
- Approved: Approved
- Rejected: Rejected
- Converted to Post: Became a post
Convert Idea to Post
After approval, click "Convert to Post" to create a post with same content.
